Shira Weitz

Shira Weitz is an adventure seeker who loves writing, wine, and watching sunsets. She enjoys weaving together personal experiences with thoughtful information to create compelling stories about the places she’s been.  She can’t stop, won’t stop grabbing life by the… horns, because carpe diem, after all.

Shira attributes her sense of adventure to her father, who would spend summers shuttling the family back and forth from Florida to the Bahamas, in a boat that was probably too small, in weather that was probably too rough; and her love for writing to her mother, who encouraged her knack for storytelling even when she spelled things wrong and wrote things backwards.
